DB Preacher Curls

Muscles Targeted:
This exercise is a great way to isolate the bicep and prevent cheating your reps.
Another benefit of this exercise is that it is a great way to perform curls in the elbow forward position.
Form:
You can either curl with one or two dumbbells on the preacher bench or use one dumbbell on a regular bench.
EZ Bar Preacher Curls are another good option for two handed curls, so consider programming this one by isolating one arm at a time.
Rep Ranges:
Perform this exercise at moderate to high rep ranges and focus on controlling each rep rather than going heavy.
