DB Skullcrushers

Muscles Targeted:
During this exercise, the long head of the triceps is primarily targeted, but the lateral head is also actively engaged.
Form:
As an alternative to an EZ Bar, using a DB isolates each arm.
Rep Ranges:
Perform this exercise at moderate to high rep ranges.
Stability may be more difficult as weight increases making the EZ Bar a better option when the goal is adding load.
